7 DAYS FOR FULL REFUND:
For our customers convenience, returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your package for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Returns sent back after 7 days will not be eligible for full refund, but items sent back within 14 days will be eligible for online credit only. After 14 days we will not accept any returns. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items purchased through our website must be shipped back to our warehouse address (listed below) or may be dropped off at our brick & mortar location if you are local. We have a drop off bin at our physical store but please still allow 5 days to process the return. Our online store policies and inventory are different from our brick & mortar store. In-store credits and in-store gift certificates may not be used online. Online credits may only be used on the website.
Original shipping fees are non refundable.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the return shipping process, however, all orders will include a prepaid return shipping label with tracking information.
All items must be returned in their original condition, must have tags attached, and be unwashed or worn with no makeup stains. All packages shipped to us that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Bras, undergarments, jewelry, and sale items are final sales. Shoes must be in original box and shipped back placed inside a protective shipping box. Shoes must not evidence wearing on the soles. Keep in mind FINAL SALE items will not be eligible for online credit or exchange, no exceptions.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns past the 7 day postmark date will be for online credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
If an item is shipped to you damaged, please contact us with in 3 days via email at email@example.com. Please provide a picture of the damaged item in your email along with your contact information and ship back to our warehouse.
Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. We highly recommend that you reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 7 days) for a refund.
